defeated Seven Sisters 5-0 here on Thursday night. Despite the
scoreline it was a difficult game with Seven Sisters keeping
possession of the ball in the first ten minutes making it
difficult for us to create anything.
We took the
lead through Matthew Lavis in the 15th minute in our first
meaningful attack.
Karl Reynolds
soon made it two and Craig Martin with a twice taken penalty
made it three after 25 minutes.
Matthew Lavis
got his second after 50 minutes and Daniel Williams made it five
after 65 minutes when he scored from a seemingly impossible
angle.
Seven Sisters
kept their discipline and continued to make it difficult for us
and they deserve credit for keeping the scoreline down.
Luke Harrington played his first game since New Years eve
following his recent illness.
