Not the expected result and we again failed to produce a performance at home. We did start quite brightly and looked as though we would warm to the task. However once the YM scored on 8 minutes you sensed the points were  there for the visitors. 

Their first goal came from a free kick 25 yards from goal which centre back  Daniel Heath fired through the wall and in to the net. We almost replied  within seconds, Karl Reynolds sent over a cross from the left which evaded  everyone including Ian Jones who was arriving at the far post. 

An equaliser  then and it might have been a different game. Wyn Walters made a good save  tipping over another long shot but unfortunately he was all at sea for their  second. On thirty six minutes, the YM were awarded a free kick two yards  into our half and two yards in from touch. The kick was taken by wing back  Leon Spargo and with the help of the wind he hoisted it into our area. Wyn  apparently called for the ball but then hesitated and the ball sailed over  his head and nestled in the back of the net with no-one getting a touch. 

Having seen how YM scored their goals we should have been using the wind and  shooting from anywhere. Not us, we tried to play football and ignored the  conditions. The only chance we had in the second half was from a miskick by  goalkeeper Gareth Wesson that went straight to Ian Jones, he took the ball  forward and tried to side foot passed Wesson who dived and saved. In over  seven minutes of added on time we failed to put Wesson under any pressure,  we now have a run of five away matches so hopefully can pick up some points  from these games.
