Lido Colts played their first game of the New Year against Corus. 

Lido arrived to find the pitch was very boggy. Their supporters had to watch from the road, as the sideline was so wet.  Lido structured themselves very well with excellent performances in defence from Jack Tallamy and Jacob Tyler.

Corus played some excellent passing football and scored three goals in the first ten minutes.  Lido managed to settle very quickly and their midfield started to get the ball forward to Joseph Collins and Mitchell Divetta who played upfront.

Corus scored another three goals in the next thirty minutes but Lido kept battling and were rewarded with a consolation goal late on, scored by new player and man of the match Connor in his first match.  The final score was Corus 6 Lido Colts 1.
