We paid the penalty for missing chances late on when Goytre equalised with virtually the last kick of the game. Goytre could have taken the lead after 5 minutes when a cross from the left went across the goalmouth with nobody getting a touch. After 7 minutes we had a free kick just outside the area but Damon Thomas shot straight at the keeper. Corey Thomas picked up the ball in midfield and made ground but he shot just wide. Goytre had a free kick in a dangerous position but Aaron Keefe headed clear under pressure but they continued the attack and whipped in a left wing cross that was headed wide from a good position.

On 50 minutes we had a left wing corner which Corey took and his cross went across goal inside the 6 yard box with no one getting a touch. Damon Thomas then picked up the ball 35 yards out moved forward but shot wide from 25 yards. Goytre had a corner on 65 minutes which went like ours went across goal with no one finishing it off. We had a free kick in a good position but the ball went harmlessly through to the keeper with no one attacking the ball. Remi Whitelock then took another free kick which Aaron Keefe headed just wide.

On 74 minutes we took the lead, Remi Whitelock took a right wing corner and his inswinging kick went directly into goal.  Spurred on by this he tried a free kick from 35 yards which the keeper saved diving to his left. With 10 minutes to go Carl Payne turned his marker in the box on laid the ball back for Remi Whitelock whose right footed shot sailed harmlessly over the bar from 8 yards. Worse was to follow when Shaun Best made ground down the left and crossed for Carl Payne who was inside the six yard box with an open goal and shot over the bar. Again Shaun Best played a great ball wide to Remi Whitelock but he didn't get a clean strike on the ball and the keeper saved down to his right. Right on time we conceded an equaliser when a shot through a crowd of players hit the back of the net. We kicked off and Remi Whitelock shot from our own half, the ball went wide and the final whistle went.
