There was a surprise in store as Craig Martin played following his bad injury last week while Brian Thomas returned from holiday and Josh Cockings and Paul Evans
(Jnr), no relation made their reserve team debuts.
We took the lead against an inexperienced Llwydcoed side in 55 seconds. Craig Jones took a free kick and found the head of Gavin Wellington to set us on our way.
After 15 minutes, Chris Latham cut in from the left and scored with a shot from the edge of the area and he scored a second on the half hour.
Craig Jones made it four on 33 minutes and Shaun Best five on 35. Within two minutes of the second half Shaun scored again and second half replacement Karl Roberts made it seven on 54 with a simple tap in.
That was the end of the scoring but Llwydcoed battled hard in the second half to keep the score down.
