In general we controlled this game, restricting Pontardawe to a handful of chances but we failed to make it count in front of goal.

We took the lead on 10 minutes when Ian Jones crossed for John Felton to head over the keeper from ten yards.

Ponty equalised on 38 minutes when Steve Davies had the ball wide right and his cross went straight over Brian into the back of the net.

The second half saw us create several chances but we were unable to turn the chances into goals. 
On 62 minutes Karl Lewis took a free kick from the 'D' but the keeper dived to his right to save. Liam when well placed shot over the bar then minutes later drew a good save from the keeper following a corner. 

On 74 minutes following a goalmouth scramble the ball was eventually cleared. A minute later Karl Lewis had a header cleared off the line, John Felton went through but the keeper blocked his effort. With 5 minutes to go, a strong 40 yard run by Ian Jones came to nothing when again the keeper closed him down.

All in all, a good second half but a disappointment that we failed to take one chance. 
Craig Jones was carried off after 41 minutes and went to hospital for a check up.
